Facebook has recently unveiled the new addition to its headquarters in Menlo Park. It is an impressive 430,000 square foot building designed by Frank Gehry, and the rooftop is a giant park.

As a result, the price of surrounding real estate has skyrocketed. This is problematic for lower income neighborhoods such as East Palo Alto as many people cannot afford the increase in rent.
